Return Policy

Returns are a bummer, we agree. WE WORKIN always wants you satisfied with your order and online experience.

We'll do our best to make your return as painless as possible. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.) Clearance items are non-returnable. As long as the item(s) are in sell-able condition we will accept a return. If the return is our fault, the size/style doesn't work and you need to get another size, or you just don't like it...we'll take it back by sending you a prepaid label. If you meant to order one item, but ordered another accidentally, we just ask that you pay for the return shipping, and we'll then process your refund!

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@weworkin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take pictures of any defects or damages (of both products and packaging) prior to wearing or washing the affected item(s). Pics of the item(s) and packaging are both necessary, so that the shippers will process a damage claim. If there are no pictures of both, we cannot file insurance claims, and cannot send replacement items, since there is no evidence of how/when/what happened to the package. No pics, no returns/replacement.

Return to sender packages or wrong addresses provided with orders.
If your order was sent back to us, we will contact you and determine the best way to get the shipment rectified. If the address provided with the order was incorrect, or there was no forwarding available, or if the address is VACANT or otherwise UNDELIVERABLE, we will send you a link to pay the shipping to a new or updated address. Please know that we will always do our best to help with the shipping process, but "return to sender" packages or wrong addresses are not under our control and you will need to pay shipping to have your order re-shipped!

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn, washed or damaged once you have received, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, or whenever you choose, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
