Shipping Policies

Shipping is FREE over $150 in the US!

[ $6.95 Flat Rate shipping for all US DOMESTIC orders under $150 and $12.95 Flat Rate shipping for all orders to the islands and Alaska. ]

Let's face it, waiting is the hardest part...so we ship 6 days a week, Monday thru Saturday (we would ship Sunday as well, but no one is open)! We do our best to fulfill within 24-48hrs, and orders are generally shipped within 1 business day (excluding holidays and during busy SALE times) of being fulfilled.

Order and shipment tracking confirmations are sent via email or text (depending on what is provided when the order was placed). Please check your email spam/junk folders if you don’t see the confirmations in your Inbox. Once we fulfill and create a shipping label, your order will be ready for pick-up from the shipper, within 24-48hrs. Please allow at least (1) business day for the carrier to update their tracking information (on regular business days, but can take longer if the label is created over the weekend or a holiday*). If your order was placed on a third-party app (Facebook, Instagram, etc….), and not from our website directly, there may not be order or shipping confirmations provided. If you need info on an order, you can always contact us directly via email at support@weworkin.com or through the Chat inbox on our website during regular business hours (EST). Please provide us with the name on your order, or the shipping address, so we can look it up and get back to you.

No signature is required for delivery—if you are not at home to receive your package, all orders will be left where you typically receive your packages. If a package is marked as "delivered" to your address via UPS or USPS, we are unable to provide additional tracking information but WE CAN HELP! Although WE WORKIN cannot be held responsible for lost packages in shipping, or missing "delivered" scans, WE CAN FILE an insurance claim for you! Please contact us at support@weworkin.com to get started on the shipping claim.

FYI, package theft is on the rise, especially during holiday peaks, so please plan accordingly to either be available for delivery or have a safe place to deliver. We/shippers can not take responsibility for stolen packages or damages due to pets or weather once delivered—please have pets contained so that they don't damage packages left on your premises.

If the address provided by a customer is invalid, or undeliverable due to vacancy or other reason, and the package is returned to us, we will contact the customer directly—please provide a phone number and/or email that you check frequently with your order. If we cannot contact you using the contact information provided during order placement, we will hold the package for 30 days to see if you contact us. If we still have not heard from the customer within 30 days of a returned package, the sale will be considered final and the items will be restocked with no refund.

If we successfully contact you about the returned package, and you provide a new address for re-delivery, we will ask that you pay for any return shipping to get the order back to you. Also, any orders shipped to invalid customer supplied addresses, that are accepted at the address provided, are final and will not be replaced or refunded. Generally, orders that weigh 15.99 oz. or less are shipped USPS First Class Mail and orders 1lb or over are shipped via UPS (within the US). A tracking link is sent to you immediately upon order processing, as long as you include an email address and/or phone number with your order. The link will not update until the shipper has taken possession of the package and it is scanned into their system.

Your package will include (2) FREE We Workin stickers (while supplies last), because we love our customers and want to get our brand / lifestyle out to the hardest workers!

*Please know that we are doing our part to get your package out the door. Shippers are experiencing delays, including FEDEX, USPS and UPS. We are also seeing late or missed scans, meaning that our packages are dropped, but are late being scanned, and/or tracking is not updating in real time. There have even been cases that packages are not being scanned at the shipper, until the day they are delivered to you. Any questions, reach out to support@weworkin.com.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you select, DHL will handle the shipping of all international orders. We plan to be shipping world wide very soon!
